A cozy stay with a twist

The Mercure Riga Centre's location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to the old town and nearby transport links. The Nespresso machine in the room was a good bonus. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, ensuring that I started each day on a high note.

The total stay was comfortable for 1 night. The classic twin room we stayed in were modern with spacious bathroom. The great location was a couple of blocks away from Palladium Riga.

Their staff were unmotivated.

The pasta dishes at Elements Restaurant nearby were a game-changer. The bed in my Classic Twin Room was super comfy, ensuring sweet dreams after exploring. The location was clutch-just a hop to the old town and the massive mall next door made snacking easy!

During my three-night stay, I faced a few issues that marred my experience. The room had a rather restrictive temperature control, limiting me to a maximum of 23 degrees, uncomfortable at times. The absence of complimentary water was disappointing, as I've come to expect that from hotels of this standard. I also struggled with the lack of adequate power sockets, which seemed insufficient for my needs while traveling.

The location of mercure is fantastic, near everything! I loved dining at the hotel restaurant. The dishes were beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The bartender recommended perfect wine pairings. The spa was a highlight. The sauna and wellness area were just what we needed!

perfect proximity to parks and attractions for weekend adventures

I loved how close I was to the amazing Vermane Garden, just a mere 500 meters from the hotel, perfect for my city strolls, and even better was discovering the Freedom Monument, a short 1 km walk away, a fine landmark to explore. The hotel also offered a good breakfast that kept me fueled for my daily adventures but the check-in process could use a bit more friendliness to match the overall experience.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room for 3 nights, and the room was comfy and clean. The bed was spacious with a quality mattress, made sleeping easy. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and the heating was a nice touch. AC was a bit tricky to manage though, and there weren't enough power sockets for all my devices. A solid stay with a cute vibe from the staff!
